What hygiene measures are being taken in holiday rentals?
Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected following strict procedures.
More thorough disinfection will be carried out in the contact areas, door handles, switches, taps, remote control and any accessory that may have been in contact with the hand. We remind you that it is essential that everyone take responsibility by leaving the cleanest accommodation possible after passing through. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be posted. The ventilation level of the CMVs will be increased to change the air.
A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.
What hygienic measures are being taken in communal areas?
Lift may be used by one person at a time or by several people if they are members of the same family staying together in the same accommodation.
We will enforce the rules of physical distance by reorganizing our spaces. Grouping of people will be authorized while respecting social distancing guidelines.
All communal areas will be disinfected at least twice a day with a poster at your disposal to follow the actions carried out.
All the so-called contact areas will be disinfected every hour.
The proper functioning and cleaning of the toilets and taps in the communal toilets will be monitored daily.
How do I collect my keys when I arrive?
Access to reception will be limited. A single person will welcome you in accordance with the rules imposed: markings on the floor for a physical distance of 1.50m, signposting of the direction of circulation. Only one person per household to attend reception.
Do you provide hydroalcoholic gel?
A COVID-19 information point will be installed at the entrance of the residence, as well as a disinfection point (hydroalcoholic gel + poster on hand cleaning method).
