After a day on the ski slopes, you come back to your accommodation to be greeted by the delicious aroma of a tartiflette. There is no shopping or washing up to do, no time lost in the kitchen, just the pleasure of enjoying traditional dishes prepared with top-quality local products.
I offer a home cooking service with your choice of dishes (fondue, raclette, pierrade, or original dishes like my "Éclat des cimes") and homemade desserts, as well as menus tailored to vegetarian or gluten-free requirements...
My mobile catering service includes aperitif platters, buffet meals for your seminars or events, brunches, apres-ski snacks with equipment provided (homemade crêpe or pancake batter, gourmet toppings, hot spiced apple juice, etc.).
Some little extras: cooking workshops (discover the secret fondue recipe!), wine tasting with fine wines…
