The "Bio Corti & Spa" chalet is a true haven of peace in the heart of Champagny-en-Vanoise.
The "Bio Corti Spa 12" chalet can accommodate up to 12 people. Spread over four levels with a stone staircase, this accommodation has five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (including shower and WC) and dressing room. Some of them are also equipped with a desk. The two garden-level bedrooms open onto a terrace with deckchairs and greenery.
The living room opens onto a modern, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink, large hob, oven and microwave.
The large living room is ideal for relaxing in front of the comforting wood-burning stove. What's more, you'll be able to admire a breathtaking view of the mountains thanks to the large picture windows that bathe the living room in natural light. For even more outdoor enjoyment, there's a welcoming terrace just off the sofas.
Guests enjoy access to a wellness area featuring a whirlpool bath and sauna. Access is shared, but with private time slots each day for each of the two apartments.

LOCATION
The Bio Corti & Spa chalet is ideally located in the center of Champagny-en-Vanoise. The bakery is just 2 minutes' walk away, while the gondola, ski school and slopes of the La Plagne-Paradiski ski area are less than 6 minutes' walk away. Restaurants and the tourist office are also nearby. What's more, the municipal swimming pool with spa is just a 6-minute walk away. If you'd like to explore the surrounding countryside, the Vanoise National Park is just 5 km from the chalet. Finally, the Champagny le haut Nordic area with cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sculpted ice grotto, ice climbing and snowshoeing is accessible by free shuttle.


ECOLOGY
Lorène and Florian have taken a number of environmentally-friendly measures to preserve the exceptional natural setting in which they live and raise their two children. Underfloor heating, a heat pump and a compost bin ensure a reduced carbon footprint. What's more, the chalet was built in collaboration with local craftsmen, using mainly European wood (framing, cladding, bespoke furniture), Italian tiles and several pieces of French furniture and lighting. A few creations by Savoyard artisans, such as wall lights, a coffee table, a bench seat and a headboard, add a touch of authenticity and character to the chalet.
