Cinema | In the Nguyen kitchen

Yvonne Nguyen, a young woman of Vietnamese origin, dreams of a career in musical theatre, much to the chagrin of her mother, who would rather see her take over her restaurant in the suburbs. Will the intimacy of the kitchen, with its family dishes and traditional recipes, finally enable them to communicate, understand and accept each other?
