Exhibition and exploration of Olivier Oudard's watercolours
An event organised by the Maison des Arts, in partnership with the associations "Libre Artistes" and "Antropia".
Preview on Friday, 1 December at 6pm.
The artist will be present at the Maison des Arts on Saturday, 9 December, from 2-6pm.
Watercolours by Olivier Oudard, a mountain guide and long-distance traveller, who photographs the faces he encounters during his travels and then paints them with great talent for lines and colours, giving a second life to these distant characters. From Greenland to Iran and Tajikistan, the faces of these men, women and children evoke a humanity that is varied but united by the same gaze full of life.
