"In the heart of a valley in the Vosges mountains, in Alsace, the Rutzebanch farm embodies a model of small-scale, organic and community-based farming. This refuge from the consumerist world is the work of Monique and Francis Schirck. But Francis is 67 years old and wants to retire.
