Introductory course in kickboxing and self-defence

Pascal Ducros, a state-certified trainer and 3 time world kickboxing champion is proposing courses of kick-boxing, self-defense and cardio-boxing from 7 - 11 August.
On Monday 7 August, 9 -10am, a free introductory session is proposed for all the resort's visitors and children aged 7 and over.
