A choice of two activities:
- La Danse de Plein Potentiel® (Full Potential Dance) facilitates the expression of the body, emotions and creativity. La Danse de Plein Potentiel® is an approach to dance art therapy that enables physical and emotional awareness and creativity, encouraging one's full creative and artistic expression. The Danse de Plein Potentiel® process allows the individual to develop their physical, emotional and creative dimensions. The mind, conventional dance conventions and self-perceptions are set aside to encourage each person’s unique expression of life.
Danse de Plein Potentiel® workshops are tailored to people experiencing anxiety, mental overload, difficulty in making decisions, setting boundaries, or overcoming mental blocks and fears (e.g. fear of others).
- Expressive dance workshops are suitable for people who wish to reconnect with their bodies, feel more grounded and release the stress of everyday life. The movements are guided and inspired by oriental dance.

Prices
Ateliers découverte : 25€ pour les séances collectives (maximum 8 personnes en fonction de l'endroit), 45€ pour les séances individuelles.
Les personnes intéressées pour un accompagnement collectif (8 séances) paient un tarif dégressif (160€ soit 20€ par séance).
