Introduction

Quality approaches - certification

I support my region | Commitment to Transition

I take part in an action, an event, a collective time on my territory at least once a year:

  • Waste collection initiative
  • Recycling sports equipment
  • Meetings / workshops on the theme of transition
    • Workshop to raise awareness of micropollutants in water
    • Conference on climate change in the mountains
    • Flocon Vert public meeting
    • Meetings on re-use in the building industry
    • Circular economy meetings

I support my region | Customer welcome and comfort

I ask my customers about their satisfaction and take their comments into account

  • A global customer satisfaction survey (BVA survey) is distributed by the Tourist Office and SAP each season. It asks questions about the entire customer experience. Despite its length (20 minutes), the response rate is very high.
    2 means of distribution:
    • A QR Code (Your opinion matters to us" can be distributed by you to collect customer contacts and send them to BVA to be solicited as part of this survey.
    • A "competition" QR Code can be used to capture e-mails from people who have stayed at the site (because they played the competition) and then forward the survey to them.
  • A survey feedback meeting is held each season following the one studied (summer 2025 for winter 24-25 survey feedback): you can take part.
  • Sites like Trip Advisor / Google My Business or social networks can also be a way of tracking customer satisfaction.

I look after the quality of my customer welcome

  • The Tourist Office is at your disposal for any information or support you may need.
  • Think about the diversity of our audiences: children/adults/seniors/families, French/foreigners, people with disabilities (physical, mental, visual, auditory)...

I take concrete action to make my establishment accessible to people with specific needs

  • The Tourist Office must have reliable, up-to-date information at its disposal, so that it can pass it on to the various clienteles in the right way: APIDAE is the tourism database that centralizes this up-to-date information.
A guide to accessibility for the disabled is currently being produced. Please feel free to send us photos illustrating your accessibility to complete the guide.
  • The Tourisme et Handicap label can help you improve the accessibility of your establishment: https: //tourisme-handicaps.org/espace-professionnel
  • AccesLibre is the French government's platform for recording the accessibility of all sites open to the public in France and sharing information with the community. You can add/modify your establishment by creating an account: https: //acceslibre.beta.gouv.fr/
  • The public accessibility register (RPA ) must be made available to the public by ERP managers, in order to communicate on the level of accessibility of the services offered by their establishment.
