1 to 5 star classification for furnished tourist accommodation

This national classification assesses your furnished accommodation according to the level of comfort, equipment and services offered. A new classification grid (133 criteria) came into force on February 1, 2022 (Decree of November 24, 2021 amending the decree of August 02, 2010 setting the standards and procedure for the classification of furnished tourist accommodation).

Advantages of star classification:

- Possibility of benefiting from exemption from the C.F.E. (depending on the decision of the communes).
- Tax allowance of 50% on annual rental income (instead of 30%) depending on the tax system chosen.
- Affiliation with the Agence Nationale de Chèques Vacances free of charge.

Paradiski ^® Crystals: from 1 to 5 crystals

Cristaux Paradiski

The Cristaux Paradiski ^®, an internal rating system common to all Paradiski ® resorts, is based on the specific features of mountain resort accommodation and the quality of facilities.

The Cristaux Paradiski ^® grid will be filled in on the day of the visit carried out for the star rating.
