The 1- to 5-star classification system for furnished vacation rentals
This national rating system evaluates your furnished rental based on its level of comfort, amenities, and services offered. A new classification grid (133 criteria) took effect on February 1, 2022 (Decree of November 24, 2021, amending the decree of August 2, 2010, establishing the standards and procedure for classifying furnished tourist accommodations).

Benefits of star ratings:
- Eligibility for exemption from the C.F.E. (subject to municipal decision).
- A 50% tax deduction on annual rental income (instead of 30%) depending on the tax regime chosen.
- Free membership in the Agence Nationale de Chèques Vacances.
Les Cristaux Paradiski®: 1 to 5 crystals
The Paradiski® Crystals, an internal rating system shared by all resorts in the Paradiski® Domain, are assessed based on the specific characteristics of accommodations in mountain resorts and the quality of their amenities.
The Paradiski® Crystals rating form will be completed on the day of the inspection conducted for star-rating classification.

Both classifications are valid for 5 years, and the inspection fee is: €72.00.
