To ensure that your memories of La Plagne are UNFORGETTABLE, the resort has been committed to a continuous improvement approach for several years. Based on the national standards drawn up by Offices de Tourisme de France, this approach aims to put customers at the heart of all our concerns.
The Grande Plagne Tourist Office was awarded the Qualité Tourisme mark in 2016. In September 2019, La Plagne obtained the renewal of the Qualité Tourisme™ mark.
As Rémy Counil, General Manager of the Office de Tourisme de la Grande Plagne, reminds us,
The commitment to a quality approach is part of our desire to design customer service as the primary concern of our teams. It strengthens the collaboration between the 5 sites and the 12 tourist information offices, creating a synergy that reflects a real ambition for the resort.

"Cœur de Vanoise", made up of Champagny-en-Vanoise, Le Planay and Pralognan-la-Vanoise, is the 4th region to be awarded the Terre d'Alpinisme label.
The aim? To implement concrete actions to perpetuate and bring to life mountaineering, which will be included in Unesco's intangible cultural heritage list in 2019.
In 2019, the resort in the Bonnet Rouge has made a name for itself once again, winning three fine awards.
Award for best video goes to the Office de Tourisme de la Grande Plagne for its winter teaser.
We're delighted to be part of the Terre de Jeux 2024 movement! As early as the bid phase, Paris 2024 announced that these Games would be those of the whole of France. With the Terre de Jeux 2024 label, this promise is embodied in La Plagne and throughout France. This initiative, unique in the history of the Games, recognizes the efforts of local authorities, from the commune to the region, as well as the various players in the sporting movement, to promote the development and inclusion of sport.
