Two ascent cabins, L'ACROBATE and LA FUNAMBULE, replace the classic cabins to carry the most daring to the summit.
Open to the four winds, they'll transport you to the heart of the mountains, with an exceptional, unobstructed panoramic view.
If you're a snapshot enthusiast, don't forget to bring your phone (but tie it up 😉 ) and camera.
At the end of the ascent, you can enjoy the panoramic terrace and a bite to eat at the Sixième Ciel café. The descent can be made on skis or by using the Glacier gondola again, this time in the classic version. In summer, you can hike back down on a signposted trail.
Practical info
Conditions of access for a safe flight:
- Minimum height: 1m40
- Maximum height: 2m
- Maximum weight: 120kg
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the cabin.
6 people maximum per cabin.
You are accessing a high-altitude ski area. Remember to bring warm clothing. In winter, your equipment will be transported to the summit 😉.
