1/ The trail starts from Le Cézalet parking area at the top of Valezan village
2/ Follow the markers either along the groomed track or via the GR5 (blue markers)
3/ Climb towards a picnic area
4/ Keep climbing, following the markers, then at the intersection go towards Les Fours
5/ When you arrive at the intersection going towards La Lance, follow the GR5 trail back down to Valezan
