Apartment n° 714, on the 7th floor of residence Les Néréïdes (upper car park). 1 / 2 bedroom, sleeps 6 to 7 people, with a living area that has a double sofa bed (160x200cm), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), an adjoining bedroom with 3 singles, consisting of bunk beds (80x190cm) and an extra pullout bed (80x180cm). Pillows 65x65cm. Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and standard coffee machine, toaster). Large bathroom with a bath, toilet, washer/dryer (washes 8kg / dries 4kg). Cupboards and wardrobes. Protective covers for mattresses and pillows are provided (please keep them clean).

SKI HIRE DISCOUNTS:
With the apartment rental, you benefit from a 10% to 30% discount at Skiset Belle Plagne Sports or Sport 2000 in Belle Plagne on all your rental equipment. The shops are 100m from the apartment.
SKI LESSONS AT THE ECOLE DU SKI FRANCAIS: Piou Piou club (from 3 yrs) 150 metres away. There is also an ESF daycare centre for your littlest ones (from 18 months).
A rental contract will be sent by email as soon as we receive your confirmation.
A 400€ deposit is required that will be returned to you after your departure.
Obligatory tourist tax: 2€/ night / adult.
To book the accommodation, the client can pay the total amount in advance if the reservation is less than 30 days before arrival, or pay a deposit of 50% of the rent, including any options. The 50% balance, as well as the breakage deposit of four hundred euros (400€) and the tourist tax (obligatory) must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. Payment accepted by bank transfer or French cheque.
Arrival/Departure: You will be welcomed by our representative who handles arrivals/departures (handing over of keys) and inventories on arrival and departure.
The apartment is in a resort at 2050 metres, in the heart of the PARADISKI ski area (linking La Plagne and Les Arcs), perfect for those who want to enjoy the snow from morning till night. Designed as a small village with a centre and a full range of retail services, Belle Plagne is recommended for people who are looking for calm and well-being.
The village consists of large chalets and small tourist residences made of wood and slate in the purest Savoyard tradition. There are no cars: you walk on the snowy slopes that wind through the chalets and buildings of the resort.
