Road
Our advice: switch off your Sat Nav when you get to Albertville to avoid suggestions of roads that are closed in the winter.

From Chambery, take motorway A43 and A430 to Albertville, then the N90 towards Bourg-Saint-Maurice, as far as Aime. Then take the D220 from Aime following signs to La Plagne.

Train
Get out at Aime-La-Plagne station in the valley, then get a taxi or bus to the different altitude sites. The coach station is just next to the train station. You can get your bus ticket at the train station or book it in advance on cars-region-savoie.fr or altibus.com. Don’t forget to book your return journey at least 48hr in advance from the ticket machines in the tourist Offices in Plagne Centre, Plagne Bellecôte or Belle Plagne.
