Yoga is excellent for developing strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation.
Classes are held in winter on Tuesdays at 5.30pm - 6.45pm in English with some French.
Classes for all levels from age 16.
The class will be taught in English with some French.
I teach gentle Vinyasa yoga (flow) as well as yin yoga and pranayama (breathing practice) The session lasts 1h-1h15.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to prepare your yoga space. Wear comfortable clothes with a light blanket. Bring a small bottle of water. If possible, you can bring your own mat. 12 mats are available for use with blocks and straps for each class.
