Don Juan is nowhere to be found. Accused of fleeing and of treason by Dona Elvira’s family, a manhunt begins. Sganarelle, Don Juan’s best friend and servant, tries in vain to reason with him during their journey to save him from certain death.
Don Juan is already on the lookout for a new heart to seduce. Following Les Fourberies de Scapin and L’Avare, Dom Juan is Tigran Mekhitarian’s third staging of a Molière play. The original text, always preserved and respected, is projected onto the stage within a world that places it within the urban codes of rap and hip-hop. The music, dance, expressions, and fashion styles of our time become the setting that elevates the text.
But the true modernity of Tigran Mekhitarian’s work lies in his ability to treat Molière’s language with the passion and flow of today’s phrasing.

To ensure a comfortable listening experience for the students, the number of chaperones will be calculated as follows:
Middle school: 1 teacher + 1 adult for every 30 students. For groups larger than that, 1 chaperone for every 15 students.
This year, tickets for teachers and chaperones will be charged at the same rate as those for students.
