Chalet Les Roches Blanches - for 12 people

The chalet is located at the foot of the slopes in the Paradiski ski area (Les Arcs + La Plagne = the third-largest ski area in the world) with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc; it’s a ski-in/ski-out chalet.

The chalet is right across from the slopes (Petit Sauget ski lift) and the Piou-Piou Kids’ Club, and is also next to the Lac Noir gondolas (for access to the La Plagne ski area) and the Télébufette (free service that takes you to the resort center until 5:30 PM).

The chalet’s exceptional location allows you to park your car upon arrival (private parking at the base of the chalet) and not have to touch it again. You can go shopping on foot (6 min) or by taking the Télébufette gondola (200 m from the chalet).

You can reach the resort of Les Arcs via the Vanoise Express cable car (by taking the Plan Bois chairlift located 200 meters from the chalet).

The "Les Roches Blanches" chalet, located in the municipality of La Plagne Tarentaise, Les Coches (73210 Montchavin-Les Coches), is located in the Hamelet des Chamois, a development consisting of 8 new high-end chalets completed in late 2019 and 2020.

The 165-square-meter chalet features 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, and 4 toilets.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living area: a living room and kitchen with a splendid view of the valley and Mont Blanc, a large balcony facing both the valley and the slopes, and a terrace. A coat room completes the space, providing a place to store and dry your gear when you return from skiing.

On the +1 level, there are two bedrooms (with TVs) and two shower/bathrooms with toilets.

On the -1 level, there are three bedrooms (with TVs), three shower rooms, and two toilets.

The living area features a beautiful, custom-designed kitchen (with natural stone countertops) that is very well-equipped and organized around a large, inviting central island (6 stools): a large American-style refrigerator and freezer, a traditional electric oven, a microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, Krups drip coffee maker, Smeg kettle, Smeg toaster, Smeg juicer, 2 Moulinex raclette machines, 2 Tefal fondue sets, large Lagrange electric crepe maker, 1 Bosch blender, Dutch oven, kitchen island with large induction cooktop, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

The Little “Extras”:

- Morning delivery service for fresh bread and pastries (service provided by our trusted contact, who will give you the details upon arrival).

- We can put you in touch with the owners of neighboring chalets if your preferred week isn’t available in our chalet or if you’d like to bring a larger group and rent an additional chalet (subject to availability).

- The bedding is new and high-quality; the comforters and pillows are new (choice of soft or “memory foam” pillows), and the mattresses are top-of-the-line “back-friendly” hotel-style mattresses.

- Sheets, towels, and housekeeping are included (sheets are not included in the summer; please request them). The beds are made upon your arrival.

- If you have a larger group, you can also rent the one-bedroom apartment (T2) below the chalet, which sleeps 4 people (30 m²). It includes a living room (with a very comfortable sofa bed featuring wooden slats and a thick mattress) and a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and a small shower room with a toilet.

- Bedroom 1: 1 single bed + 2 bunk beds (90x190) and a dedicated shower room
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160x200) and its own shower room with toilet

- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (160 x 200) and its own bathroom with toilet
- Bedroom 5: 3 single beds (90 x 200) (2 single beds can be pushed together to form a very large double bed, 180 x 200) and a private shower room with toilet.
