Chalet des Épicuriens

A large, modern, independently-run chalet with a 4 star Gîtes de France rating. The chalet sleeps 10 and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (plus a shower & toilet in the pool house)

In the heart of the Tarentaise valley, at the foot of several major ski resorts. 20 minutes from La Plagne-Paradiski (via La Plagne Montalbert gondola or La Roche chairlift). 20 minutes from Olympe gondola in Brides les Bains for access to the 3 Valleys (Courchevel-Méribel-Val Thorens).

An ideal location for going hiking or cycling over several legendary mountain passes (Cormet de Roselend, Col de l'Iseran, etc.), at the entrance to the Vanoise National Park and close to the Beaufortain valley.

The chalet itself is perfect for holidays. With its leisure facilities, high-quality services and charming setting in unspoiled natural surroundings, it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with your family or friends.

Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): 2 single beds (90x200) or one large bed (180x200) + bunk beds. Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): 2 single beds (90x200) or one large bed (180x200). ** ACTIVITIES **

Rafting, canoeing and hydrospeed (white-water swimming) centre 4 km away.
Leisure park with supervised swimming, treetop adventure course and snack bar only 10 minutes away (can also be reached via the cycle path from Aime).
Nearby: via ferrata, paragliding, cultural visits (Baroque theme trails), summer tobogganing, Wam Park

In the village:
- Cycling: you can leave from the chalet to cycle over the major mountain passes, cycle path from Aime 3 km away
- Beautiful walks and hikes leaving from the chalet, marked trails starting in the village forest
- Climbing site at the bottom of the village, 500m away: 152 routes from 4C to 8A, a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced climber
- There is a basketball court and a children's playground on the edge of the forest, 500m away.

Winter activities:
- La Plagne Paradiski area: access from Montalbert, 13.5 km away, approx. 20 mins drive (ski lessons and equipment hire on site, free parking), or from La Roche chairlift, 20 mins drive (below Plagne 1800).
The Paradiski area includes the resorts of La Plagne and Les Arcs, as well as several other village resorts (Montalbert, Montchavin-Les-Coches, Champagny, Peisey Vallandry).
- France's only bobsleigh and luge track (2030 Olympic Games) is in La Roche, 17 km away.
- Nordic skiing (Granier, Peisey Nancroix, La Plagne), dog sledding, ice skating (Montchavin-Les-Coches), snowshoeing, sledging, paragliding, etc.
