The chalet "LA BERGERIE" (1100 m altitude) is located in a small authentic hamlet, 2 minutes by car from the ski resort of Montchavin les Coches (La Plagne) or 15 minutes by foot along a small mountain path.
Thanks to the "Le Vanoise Express" cable car at Les Coches, which links Les Arcs and La Plagne, you can ski in the Plagne Paradiski area.

On the edge of the hamlet, on the road leading to Montchavin les Coches, you'll have an incredible view of the valley and Mont Blanc. It comprises a duplex apartment on the garden level and second floor, dedicated to rental. A second apartment on the second floor is occupied by the owners.
The downstairs apartment (180m²), ideal for 3 families and spread over 2 levels (duplex), is rated 3 stars for its comfort and generous volumes. Outside, a flat plot of land (210m²) on one level allows you to enjoy views over the valley, the Dôme de Vaugelaz, the Chapelles and Mont Blanc.

The apartment comprises:
1 large 50m² living room with wood-burning stove and logs provided.
1 large kitchen (23m²) with: 2 induction hobs, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators (one mixed with a freezer), 2 dishwashers.

Rentals are available all year round.
During winter school vacations, rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, to avoid Saturday traffic jams.
