The apartment was refurbished in 2017 and is also rated 3 Cristaux Paradiski®. Direct access to the outside via French windows. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, pyrolysis oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge and freezer.
Tenants have access to a binder containing all the operating instructions for the appliances.
A shoe dryer is also available for drying gloves and hats.
The residence is equipped with free WiFi for tenants.
