Studio cabin in a chalet with private garden for 4 people - Aime valley

A pretty studio (28 sq.m) that can be separated, in a south-facing chalet in Aime, 700m above sea level, only about 15 mins from La Roche chairlift which takes you into the Grande Plagne ski area. Alternatively, you can drive to Plagne Montalbert in just 10 mins. Ideal location for skiing all of the Tarentaise resorts. Funicular to Les Arcs 20 mins away.
In summer, it is a great departure point for discovering the local heritage and going cycling and hiking. We recommend having a car to get around.

The accommodation:
Bright and welcoming in a quiet location. The studio has its own entrance at the bottom of the stairs outside the house and a private garden with garden furniture. The garden is not enclosed.
Sleeping area with 140cm double bed and double sofa bed (140 x190) in the living area. The kitchen area has a gas cooker and a microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
HD TV with SFR & TNT - DVD player. Free Wi-Fi
Sunday - Sunday bookings in winter (7 nights). In summer, minimum 5 nights according to period.

Other remarks:
We live upstairs.
Stairs lead to the private garden and the studio.
Independent access with a digicode key box in case we are not there.
Bed linen for 2 people is included. Extra 1 or 2 people optional: 22 €/week for the double bed.
Tourist tax: can be paid on reservation via the website or on arrival.
1.10€/night/person. For 2 adults, the tourist tax for 1 week is 15.40€.
Cleaning in winter 40€ mandatory (extra cost)
Apartment security deposit 350€.
Summer: deposit for cleaning on departure 75€. Cleaning to be done by guests. Optional on request (40 €)
Pets allowed: 1, 28€ supplement
