Danse de Plein Potentiel® facilitates the expression of the body, emotions and creativity. Danse de Plein Potentiel® is a form of art dance therapy that allows people to express themselves fully in their physical, emotional and creative dimensions. The mind, conventional dance conventions and self-perceptions are set aside to encourage each person’s unique expression of life.
Danse de Plein Potentiel® workshops are open to all. Individual sessions are tailored to specific issues or profiles (anxiety, depression, burnout, lack of self-confidence, fear of others, difficulty making decisions or setting boundaries, hypersensitivity, etc.).
