Runs :
- Family (green leve, discovery) : children from 10 years old. The lesson starts in a waterbody in order to learn the techniques with swimming fins, the techniques of "eskimo roll", the changes of direction, etc... - Sportive (red level, improvement) : teenagers from 14 years old. The lesson starts in a waterbody in order to go back to basics, next, you will be swimming in the river for a descent punctuated with rapids (Class IV), and big waves. 3h to 3h30 of coverage / 2h30 of activity.
