Natina Yoga offers experiences centered on yoga, movement, and reconnecting with oneself in La Plagne and the surrounding area.
Through various practices—Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, mobility exercises, and, depending on the season and available locations, Aerial Yoga—the sessions invite you to move differently, develop body awareness, breathe deeply, slow down, and rediscover greater freedom in your body.
Natina Yoga’s approach moves away from the pursuit of performance: everyone is encouraged to practice at their own pace, listen to their body’s sensations, and adapt the movements to their own physical capabilities. The sessions are open to both beginners and those with prior yoga experience.
Classes can be offered individually, as a couple, as a family, or in small groups, particularly in the form of private sessions held directly at your lodging. Certain group practices and special experiences may also be offered throughout the seasons.
In winter, sessions can complement mountain activities: waking up the body, improving mobility, recovering after skiing, releasing tension, or simply taking a moment to slow down and take care of yourself during your stay.
Natina Yoga is, above all, an invitation to explore movement as a path to self-discovery, through an approach that is accessible, compassionate, and tailored to each individual.
