A tennis coach at a resort, Tom leads an unattached life of boozy nights out and monotonous lessons in the sunshine of Fuerteventura. One day, amid the never-ending stream of holidaymakers, Anne arrives on the island, accompanied by her son and husband. Tom agrees to act as a tourist guide for the family, and soon strange bonds begin to form between them.
