The “LA BERGERIE” chalet (elevation 1,100 m) is located in a small, authentic hamlet just a 2-minute drive from the Montchavin-les-Coches (La Plagne) ski resort, or a 15-minute walk along a small mountain trail.
Thanks to the “Le Vanoise Express” cable car in Les Coches, which connects Les Arcs and La Plagne, you can ski in the La Plagne Paradiski ski area.

On the edge of the hamlet, along the road leading to Montchavin-les-Coches, you’ll enjoy an incredible view of the valley and Mont Blanc. The property consists of a duplex apartment on the garden level and first floor, which is available for rent. A second apartment on the second floor is occupied by the owners.
The lower apartment (180 m²), ideal for three families and spread over two levels (duplex), is rated three stars for its comfort and spacious layout. Outside, a flat, ground-level lot (210 m²) allows you to enjoy the view of the valley, the Dôme de Vaugelaz, Les Chapelles, and Mont Blanc.

The apartment consists of:
1 large living room (50 m²) with a wood-burning stove and firewood provided.
1 large kitchen (23 m²) with: 2 induction cooktops, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators (one of which is a fridge-freezer), and 2 dishwashers.

- 3 double bedrooms (2 beds measuring 190x180 and 1 bed measuring 190x160)
- 3 children’s bedrooms (beds measuring 190x90); one can be converted into a double bedroom.

Rentals are available year-round.
During winter school breaks, rentals run from Sunday to Sunday to help you avoid Saturday traffic.
