On the ground floor, a bedroom sleeping 2 (double bed 160X190 or twin beds), equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, ski locker, laundry room with washing machine.
On the first floor, living room with mountain view and wood stove

Our accommodation is designed to sleep 8 people maximum:
Ideal for families or groups of friends, but the flights of stairs and the wood stove are not suitable for small children. For the bunk beds, the applicable standard requires that the upper beds be occupied by children aged 6 years and over.

Our regulations prohibit gatherings for parties and celebrations. We prefer to offer our guests a calm and soothing environment.
The establishment is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed to ensure that the accommodation is suitable for guests with allergies.
A failure to respect these regulations constitutes a reason to cancel the booking

Spring/Summer/Autumn:

A privileged location for hikers, between the Vanoise National Park with its superb hikes towards mountain lakes and glaciers and the Beaufortain massif.
Near to the gite, there are theme walks for children; the Biodiversity trail and the Enchanted Pastures. There is also a shady cycle path running alongside the river Isère, an equipped swimming lake at Macot, boating activities, cani-rando dog hikes, mountain biking and climbing at Notre Dame du Pré.
Other fun aerial and white water sports activities are on offer in the renowned local resorts: La Plagne, Les Arcs, Bourg St Maurice… the location is ideal for cyclists who want to ride the legendary cols of the upper Tarentaise, the Beaufortain and crossing the Italian border!
The resort of Montalbert has a choice of shops and restaurants ranging from typical mountain to gastronomic cuisine!
