Le Confidentiel apartment, which has a furnished terrace, also offers a stunning view of Mont Blanc and the Bourg St Maurice valley.


The resort village of Les Coches, holder of the tourist industry's Famille Plus Label, offers all the essential local shops (bakery, supermarket, catering, bars and restaurants, ski shops, ...) and regularly plays host to many events organized by the tourist office.
Ten minutes away, by free bus or free cable car, the typical Savoyard village of Montchavin offers the same type of shops plus a cinema, and Espace Paradisio with its heated, fun-packed swimming pool, spa, Balneotherapy, and well-being).
