The 37-square meter apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people. It is composed of 2 rooms:

- a main room (kitchen / dining room + living room)
- one spacious room
- a shower room with WC.

The pine kitchen is very well equipped: ceramic hob, combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, fondue le Creuset, raclette machine, percolator, Nespresso coffee machine, complete kitchenware and quality crockery, furnished with a rectangular solid oak table, modern style, more than enough for 4 people.

The living room is illuminated by a large bay window and includes a very comfortable Rapido type sofa bed (ultra simple mechanism) with a 160 cm bed. A duvet storage space is located behind the sofa, which allows the sofa to be folded up quickly and daily. The flat-screen TV (108 cm) is connected to WIFI and a Blu-ray player. You can listen to your music through a BOSE Bluetooth speaker.

The spacious and bright bedroom has two 90 cm by 200 cm beds that can be juxtaposed to provide a 180 cm by 200 cm bed. Particular attention has been paid to the quality of the bedding. The bed deck is composed of a wardrobe on one side and several shelves on the other. For more storage space, there is a large chest of drawers with 5 drawers. On the wall there is a flat screen television.

The Italian style shower is spacious (90 cm by 90 cm). The shower room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, vanity unit, towel warmer and hair dryer.
The 12 square metre balcony, ideally exposed (south-west), is equipped with two wooden deckchairs and a table for 4 people.
The ski room with shoe dryer is located on the ground floor of the residence.
