Discovery of trail running and introduction to mountain running.
These 1/2-day or full-day outings will enable you to learn the technical aspects of the discipline, as well as effort management. You'll be accompanied by an experienced trail professional who's put together a progressive and fun program.
July 27 - 28 - 29 mornings: Half-day introductory program with outings of 10-12 km and around 500 m d+/- for 16 year-olds and over.
August 12 - 13 - 14 day: "Confirmed" level outings of around 20 km and 1000-1200 m of d+/- from 20 years upwards.
