Unlike many commercial candles, our candles are guaranteed free of controversial substances:
- CMR-free (substances classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic, likely to cause long-term health damage)
- phthalate-free (chemical compounds often used to fix fragrances, but which can be irritants or endocrine disruptors)
- paraffin-free (a petroleum derivative which, when burned, can release particles harmful to health and the environment)
