Les Mains d'Aloha - Massages and Rolfing®

I offer unique massages that I create on the spot to meet your requirements, listening to your needs - a real journey centred solely on you. They are not based on a protocol but are a blend of the many techniques (creative, Swedish, deep tissue, ayurvedic, lomi-lomi, foot reflexology, etc.) that I have been using for over 12 years after many training courses in France and abroad.
Different massage durations are available: 45min (€60), 1hr (€90), 1h30 (€130) or 2hr (€160) for a tailor-made treatment.

Have you heard about Rolfing®, also known as Structural Integration?
Named after its creator, Dr Ida Rolf, this is a manual therapy designed to improve your alignment and posture. By working on the fascias, you gain greater body awareness, breathe more freely, move more fluidly in your daily life and experience less chronic pain.
Sessions last between 75 and 90 minutes and cost €95.
