Osteopathy is a manual therapy that aims to help a person’s bodily structures and functions reorganize themselves in order to restore vitality.
It takes a holistic view of the patient; you don’t just come in with back pain, but also—or not—with fatigue that has built up over several weeks, months, or even years, emotional tension, and life challenges that put your body’s various systems to the test.
By taking all of this into account, we do our best to provide a foundation for your metabolism so that it can regain its health—a process known as homeostasis.

We treat “emergencies”—such as a fall that occurred that very day—as well as “chronic” pain, such as a shoulder pain that has persisted for several years.
Together, we focus on your lifestyle, whether it involves physical aspects (work, sports, etc.) or chemical aspects (diet, etc.).
For any condition involving tissue injury (such as a sprain, dislocation, or fracture), a referral to a medical professional will be made systematically.

Since we’re located in the same building as the physical therapists, we’re able to collaborate on a patient’s care plan, which is a real advantage.

Based in La Plagne for over five years, Léa takes great pleasure in providing osteopathic care; her years here have helped her perfect her techniques, particularly those related to injuries from snow sports.
She has developed expertise and received training in other specialties, which you can find on her Doctolib page.
