The Chalet du Plan Bois "Chez Laurette" is in Plan Bois hamlet at the top of Lac Noir gondola, in the heart of nature.

The atmosphere is simple and warm; Isabelle and her team make it a point of honor to give you the warmest welcome.
You’ll discover a charming mountain setting.
Enjoy a break in nature—savoring a salad, one of the many excellent homemade dishes, or a tart made with local fruits—in the sunshine by the fireplace or nestled among the cushions in the cozy lounge. You’re sure to have a wonderful time in the mountains.
In the summer, Isabelle welcomes you to this authentic and charming spot.

In the summer only, you can enjoy “Déjeuner sur l’herbe”!
A gourmet picnic, presented in a pretty wicker basket, for a rustic lunch in the wooded surroundings of the Plan Bois plateau.
Picnic baskets for 2 to 4 people must be ordered the day before, by 4 p.m., at the restaurant.
Each basket includes:
- a salad (different every day)
- your choice of: a quiche / a charcuterie platter / cold cuts
- a “Le Parfait” dessert in a jar (e.g., tiramisu, vanilla cream, …)
