Our team of enthusiasts brings together professionals with exceptional backgrounds and rare expertise across all flying disciplines: paragliding (acrobatics, distance, accuracy, freeride, freestyle), airplanes, helicopters, gliders, hang gliders, skydiving…
Among them:
• Denis Verchere, a professional airplane and helicopter pilot, a pioneer who made the first cross-Channel flight in a tandem paraglider accompanied by an eagle, and the creator of Parapente Poursuite, the first educational game dedicated to paragliding and paragliding safety.
• Bertrand Roche, alias “Zebulon,” the first person to take off in a tandem paraglider from the summits of Everest and K2.
AIR La Plagne is the only organization in La Plagne and the Tarentaise region to offer high-level paragliding acrobatics as an optional activity for those seeking even more thrills. Each flight is tailored to your preferences to combine discovery, excitement, and enjoyment, always with safety as the top priority.
We welcome you at the summit of the Grande Rochette, facing one of the most beautiful panoramic views in the Alps, accessible via the Funiplagne from Plagne Centre.
