A marked trail that starts from Plagne Bellecôte taking Arolles and Leitchoums runs on the way up and Ours run on the way down
You can also start from Belle Plagne, meeting the route on the way up on the summer road (Rhodos run) and joining Les Arolles run.
To get back to Belle Plagne on the way down on Ours run, take the summer road again at the foot of Dahu slalom stadium.
