You will love learning with Oxygène ski school! Our instructors can teach in
French, English and many other languages. We want your experience to feel just right for you. We use an area adapted to beginners so that they can learn without stress, with medals and certificates to mark their progress.
We also have safety equipment for off-piste enthusiasts to use, so they can enjoy an unforgettable adventure.

CHILDREN'S GROUP LESSONS
For 5-12 year olds, the lessons focus on games and fun activities so that your little ones really enjoy learning.

Good teen skiers aged 12 and over looking for thrills can join our Pro Rider lessons. On the programme: jumps and boxes in the snow park, gates on the slalom field and an introduction to off-piste, all in a safe and supervised environment.

All our children's group lessons are limited to 8-10 participants max. per instructor to ensure a personalised experience in optimum conditions.

ADULT GROUP LESSONS
If you are you a beginner or skiing for the first time in several years, we have the perfect group lesson for you. Improve your technique and gain in confidence with our patient and attentive certified instructors. To help you make optimum progress in a convivial atmosphere, we keep groups to 8-10 participants per instructor.

SNOWBOARD GROUP LESSONS
If you have never tried snowboarding or you want to improve your technique and style, come and join a group lesson with Oxygène to get some great personalised advice. Our friendly qualified instructors will have you making progress in no time. To help you tmprove as much as possible in the best conditions, lessons are limited to 8-10 participants per instructor.

If you have a child aged 3 to 7, why not let them try snowboarding? With a maximum of 5 children per instructor, Baby Snow is the ideal way for your little ones to enjoy the snow and have fun at the same time. Equipment included.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Stay flexible when you learn to ski or snowboard. You take lessons when you want and they are centred around your goals and your level.We offer private lessons for children and adults with tailor-made teaching to ensure rapid and optimum progress. If you want to have a lesson with your friends or family, we let you put together a group of 8 people maximum.

OFF-PISTE SESSIONS
If you love wide open spaces, Oxygène will take you to discover Paradiski's off-piste area. Choose our Steep & Deep option and explore the real nature of the mountain Monday to Friday... You'll be in for a real treat. You can also enjoy a half day or full day session in the powder. Whatever you choose, the safety equipment is included: a transceiver, shovel and probe in an ABS avalanche airbag.

HANDISKI
Oxygène offers adaptive ski lessons, standing or sitting, for anyone with specific needs. Our specially-trained instructors are patient and attentive, and will gradually help you to be more independent on skis. Oxygène seated ski lessons are specially designed for those who use a wheelchair or who have difficulty coordinating their lower limbs. The school has modern, comfortable Tessier Uniski and Dualski chairs. Stand-up lessons are for anyone with good coordination who can stand on their own. These lessons are adapted to your needs and expectations, whether you're visually or hearing impaired, an amputee or hemiplegic, Oxygène can help you discover or rediscover the thrill of skiing.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
From ski touring in the Premières Traces experience, to a snowshoe hike or our Superluge Derby, we offer something for everyone! Anyone who wants a real thrill will really enjoy a session on a Moonbikes, the electric alternative to a snowmobile.
