During these 4 days you can discover how the bread and "crinchin" (aniseed flavoured buns) are made and then cooked in the traditional way in the old communal oven.
The village of Longefoy winds back the clock with its traditional summer festivale. During the three-day "Bread Festival", yuo'll discover traditional-style bread and "crinchin" (a traditional, local brioche with an anisees flavour), cooked in the village's old bakery. On the agenda: open-air music show, a rural dinner and dancing party. Three days of celebration that aren't to be missed.
