Facing Mont-Blanc, the village resort of Les Coches is at the heart of the vast Paradiski® ski area (425 km of runs), which includes La Plagne, Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry and Montchavin-Les Coches. Surrounded by fir forests, the resort village of Les Coches is an ideal place for both sporty and relaxing winter and summer vacations. With its wooden chalets and pedestrian center, the village has a lot of charm and blends in perfectly with the mountains.

Just 200m from the ski lifts and resort center, the apartment, located in a wooden chalet, is close to all amenities (restaurants, shops), yet very quiet and unoverlooked. From its spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished living room, you'll never tire of the superb panoramic views over the valley and Mont Blanc.

With a surface area of 56 m2, rated 5 crystals in the "Paradiski®" classification for its comfort and quality amenities, this beautiful 2-room apartment + mezzanine with exposed beams comprises:
- A large living room with a lounge area featuring a designer sofa bed (145 x 190), and a dining area with an industrial-style oak table for 6. Satellite TV with international channels, Bluetooth speaker. Large bay windows open onto an 8 m2 balcony with outdoor table, 4 chairs and parasol for summer meals.
- Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, multifunction oven (oven/microwave), large fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee makers. Plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. Cleaning products and cupboard space available.
- A mezzanine with double bed 140 x 190, bedside tables, cupboard and chest of drawers.
- A bedroom with bunk beds + pull-out bed for up to 3 people (beds 90 x 190), with closet, chest of drawers and private shower room (shower & washbasin).
- Bathroom with bathtub and washbasin.
- Separate WC;
- Entrance hall with cupboard and chest of drawers

As part of the Chalets de Wengen residence, you can take advantage of its indoor swimming pool (free access), and its wellness area (Sauna, Hammam, Jacuzzi - on reservation with supplement). The pleasantly appointed reception area offers a large space in which to relax or work, with free Wi-Fi access, plenty of armchairs, a pool table and a fireplace. The residence also boasts a laundry area. Fresh bread, croissants and pains au chocolat can be ordered from reception for the following morning.

Access to the apartment is by elevator.

Ski locker: The apartment has a ski locker - It's also possible to avoid any returns to the apartment with your ski equipment by renting from a resort rental company offering free equipment storage: You return to the apartment with your hands in your pockets!
Other / equipment : Raclette machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathroom scales, board games, books, sledges, regional tourist guides and hiking maps.

Children / babies: With the "Famille Plus" label, the village is ideal for families, who will find on-site childcare, children's activities, etc... Optional baby equipment (cot and high chair) can be provided by our concierge partner.

Internet/Wifi: Free high-speed wifi in the apartment. Please note: wifi in the apartment is provided via the 4G+ mobile network. In very high season (Christmas vacations and February), the saturation of the mobile network on the resort when returning from the slopes (from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm), impacts very strongly the wifi. Free Wi-Fi access also available at residence reception.

Parking: Outdoor parking is free. A covered parking space in the residence parking lot, easily accessible from the apartment, is available as an option (€35 in winter / €25 in summer).

Linen: Duvets, pillows and blankets are provided. Sheets and towels can be provided on request.

Cleaning: The apartment must be left clean. End-of-stay cleaning is optional.

Pets : 1 pet allowed at no extra charge.
