It's quite simply THE longest zip line in La Plagne, and one of the longest in Savoie! The Super Tyro, which links Aime 2000 to Plagne Centre, lets you fly over Lac Vert in winter and summer alike, with a breathtaking view of the Italian side of Mont Blanc. So keep your eyes peeled to make sure you don't miss a thing, because it's going to go fast. Very fast indeed. A total of around 30 seconds to hurtle down the 600 m of cable (with a top speed approaching 90 km/h!).
In winter, when the days get shorter, the tyrolienne Super Tyro offers a particularly breathtaking spectacle at sunset and at nightfall: Plagne Centre illuminated, the promise of a well-deserved hot chocolate to help you recover from your emotions (and to restore your cheeks to their original color, rosy from the cold).
If the Super Tyro may be impressive, it is nonetheless accessible to all (including children from 20 kg), and requires no special skills. You can trust the supervisory staff with their eyes closed: these specialists in activities at height are used to reassuring the most anxious (and teasing the boldest).
Good to know: in winter, you can complete your Super Tyrolean descent with your ski boots on and your skis strapped to your back! So you can continue your day on the slopes with your heart pounding...
🧒 Children and adults from 20 kg (minimum weight) to 130 kg (maximum weight)

Located at Belle Plagne, the Trio de Tyroliennes Géantes is the winter version of the Cascade de Tyroliennes described below. In all, no less than 400 m of ropes have been firmly lashed to either side of a canyon and its frozen torrent. Perched in the heights (25 to 40 m high), you'll fly over them three times at dusk (or dawn, depending on the period) in the magical setting of snow-covered conifers.
🧒 From age 12 (sporty profile) and up to 90 kg (maximum weight)
📍 Belle Plagne | Base Aventure Elpro
There's no age limit for thrills! The proof is in the form of Belle Plagne's Tyrolienne Géante , a 115 m-long zip line accessible to little ones as young as 3! But adrenaline junkies need not worry: perched 25 m above the canyon de l'Ours and its stream, this is a sensational activity for adults too. Perfect for a family outing, or simply to test the sensations of a descent on a "long but not too long" cable before moving on to a more demanding program (the Cascade de Tyroliennes, the Super Tyro...).

When you love zip-lining, you don't count your descents! Why settle for just one flight... when you can do 10? Here are a few figures to remember about the Cascade de Tyroliennes in Belle Plagne: 200 m (the length of the longest of the 10 zip lines), 45 m (the maximum height at which you'll fly over the torrent), 2 km (the total cable length of the 10 zip lines), 9 m (the height of the 100%-safe leap into the void that awaits you at the end of the Cascade de Tyroliennes, for a grand finale!) And don't forget the ladders dotted around the course. Don't be in too much of a hurry: it will take you almost 1h30 to reach the lowest point of the cascade (depending on how busy it is and how agile you are).

In La Plagne, the peaks are not just explored by zip-lining. Do you enjoy climbing in the trees, but prefer a variety of activities? Opt for an adventure course (a more accurate name than the word " accrobranche " often used to describe the activity), at Belle Plagne or Champagny-en-Vanoise.
In Belle Plagne, the adventure park features 5 courses (and three zip lines in all):
The easiest course has been designed to enable everyone to familiarize themselves with the use of low-height equipment (e.g. how to position karabiners to move safely along cables). The level of difficulty then increases progressively: the workshops get higher, more technical and more physical. It will take you a good 20 minutes to complete the most difficult course, which rises 22 m above the ground!
In Champagny-en-Vanoise, two adventure courses have been set up in the trees: a small course for children aged 5 and over, and a large course for climbers aged 12 and over.

In winter and summer alike, our staff will provide you with all the equipment you need for a safe zip-line descent: a harness adapted to your size, a set of lanyards + karabiners, and a pulley (the key element for sliding down the cable stretched between the top and bottom points of the zip-line). In summer, helmets are systematically supplied for the Super Tyro. In winter, you can use your own ski helmet.
For the rest: dress comfortably and in season. Ski clothing is ideal in winter, while sportswear and closed-toe sneakers are perfect in summer. Don't forget that temperatures seem to drop with speed (you might regret not bringing a sweater if the weather turns a little chilly).
In winter: bring gloves (not mittens), as well as sunglasses or your ski mask (to protect you from the sun's rays, but also from the wind).
In summer too, gloves are mandatory to protect your hands on most courses (zip lines and adventure courses). And sunglasses are recommended to enjoy the view without getting watery eyes.
