Open House at St. Agatha Chapel: New installations and restoration of the floor and roof.
Access: Take the path to the left at the village entrance.
The building stands on a plateau overlooking the entire valley. One can’t help but agree with the builders’ choice!
In front of the chapel, a large wooden cross—carved by a local resident in 2008—is set into an old millstone that has been buried there. Renovated in the late 20th century, St. Agatha Chapel looks lovely. Elegant turned wooden latticework adorns the small windows, and its slate roof gives it a rustic, traditional appearance.
