Folkmiouse is a traditional music association based in Aime in Savoie. We organise concerts, folk dances and evening events throughout the year, as well as workshops where participants can try instruments, dances and songs.
Folkmiouse was set up in September 2004 by a band of joyful dancers and enthusiastic musicians wanting to get together to enjoy their favourite activities: wearing out floors, thumping on the keys or strings of a wide variety of instruments, getting their pipes in tune and singing away…
All with good humour and much enthusiasm, and with the intention of sharing it with as many people as possible.
