From 11 to 17 August 2024, La Plagne is delighted to be hosting Rugby Week for the 3rd time, in partnership with the AURA League.
Open to all club players born between 2009 and 2013.
The aim of this course is to improve participants' game at altitude!
With a natural grass pitch, supervision by league coaches, water and land activities, all the conditions are in place for a successful course!
Programme :
10 technical rugby sessions, physical preparation, recovery, video, nutrition, physiotherapy...
Team-building activities, orienteering and swimming pool
Supervision: Technical advisers from the Fédération Française de Rugby and the Ligue Auvergne Rhône-Alpes de Rugby, state-qualified educators, 3 BAFA supervisors for evening activities and quiet time.
Course declared and approved by the Ministry of Sports.
With full board (or without accommodation) in the Plagne Centre area at Le Ho36, the 40 participants who sign up will enjoy an exceptional setting to push their limits even further.
This course is registered with and approved by the French Ministry of Sport.
