Starts from Plagne Bellecôte in the bend under the car parking area. The trail starts on a downhill section on a wide path and continues along a pretty footpath that climbs up to the top of Plangagnant hamlet. It continues to climb to the hamlet of Les Frasses then goes back to Plagne Bellecôte on a wide, gently sloping track.
