Access: Shuttle bus from the village (final stop: Le Bois) or car (parking at the Chalet Nordique accueil ski de fond)
Equipment: Snowshoes and poles not supplied (can be rented in the village).

For winter physical activities, it's advisable to be warmly dressed, but to use a multi-layer clothing system.

Preferably warm, waterproof hiking boots or a pair of snow boots (no moon boots, no city shoes and no sneakers).
Warm, fleece-type top, wool sweater
Warm & waterproof jacket
Sunglasses
A pair of gloves and/or mittens
A hat or mountain hat
Ideally, a rucksack and water
Avoid: jeans, dress shoes, sports shoes
