Marie, 80 years old, is fed up with her illness. She has a plan: to leave for Switzerland to end her life. But when she announces it to Bruno, her irresponsible son, and Anna, her granddaughter in a teenage crisis, she panics and invents a huge lie. Pretending to have a mysterious inheritance to look for in a Swiss bank, she offers them to take a trip together. Involuntary accomplice of this masquerade, Rudy, a caregiver just met the day before, will get behind the wheel of the old family camper, and lead this family on an unexpected journey.
