Stage preparation for the Tour

On the program:
Bruno takes you along the route of the next amateur stage of the Tour 2025. Spotting, riding and tips for tackling the stage like the pros!

2 intensities to choose from: Sportive, to perform during the race, or Loisirs, to challenge yourself and enjoy this legendary route.

Friday
* Afternoon: Riding with Bruno from 3pm to approx. 6pm (50km - D+ 1000m)
* Evening: Intervention by Myriam or Lucie, naturopaths trained in sports dietetics (7.30pm to 9pm approx.): The role of food in sports performance, how to eat/hydrate during preparation and the race.

Saturday
* Day: riding supervised by Bruno from approx. 9am to 4pm (120 km - D+ 2000m)
* Evening: from 6pm - 30-minute recovery massage by Myriam or Maxime

Sunday
* Morning: riding supervised by Bruno from approx. 9am to 12pm (80-km - D+1500m)
* Afternoon: Sophrology / mental preparation session with Karine from 1.30 pm to 3 pm approx.

Participants
Groups of 2 to 6 people maximum
Prerequisites: Regular riding over distances of at least 80km
Included: supervision during rides / dietetic interventions, massage and sophrology/mental preparation session listed above.

Options
* Personalized mental preparation for the race with 2 additional sessions (face-to-face or remote), 1 month before the race and 2 days before.
* An additional recovery massage on Sunday afternoon and the possibility of reserving your massage for after the race.
* Accommodation + DDA at our partner Chalet Mont Blanc or at the Bellecôte residence in Montchavin **** with single rooms - Access to jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.
