Tour de France 2025

The Tour de France promises an epic moment in the heart of the Alps, with La Plagne the scene of the last major mountain battle on Friday 25 July 2025. Over a demanding course of 130km and 4,500m of ascent, the riders will tackle four cols before embarking on a final climb of 19.1km and 24 impressive bends. In the final twists and turns, the tension is palpable and the adrenalin is at its peak, while the best climbers battle it out for victory at Plagne Villages, at an altitude of 2,052 m, in an atmosphere of excitement.

Road closed to all vehicles from 11am to 9pm

Entertainment:
Fan zone at Place Perrière in Plagne Centre from 12 noon to 9pm:
- Broadcast of the day's stage on a giant screen
- Musical atmosphere
- Refreshment bar (beers, soft drinks, snacks), run by the Plagne Centre and Aime 2000 associations

Fan zone under the Résidence Aspen from 12pm to 6pm:
- Broadcast of the day's stage on a giant screen
- Refreshment stand (beers, snacks) run by the local AOM association
- 7th BCA stand
- ASO partner stand

Passage of the local cycling peloton at around 1pm

Advertising caravan passes through Aime at 3pm and Plagne Villages at 3.45pm
