The visit to see the production is free and takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. The cellar visits take place in the afternoon, to be booked by appointment on 06.45.90.11.36.
During the winter season, the Aime cooperative process 2.2 million litres of milk. This represents more than 200 tonnes of Beaufort produced, 15 farms in the canton of Aime, and 700 cows of the Tarine and Abondance breeds.
